League forms are distributed prior to the start of each season at the meeting of Clubs held in August. Further copies are available from:

FORMS AVAILABLE ON THE WEB

The LAL/6 form on which Referee's assessment marks and expenses are returned is available on the Web, see below. However in case of difficulty downloading please send an e-mail to: Janette Crompton j.crompton831@btinternet.com and a form will be e-mailed to you.

Please note that email can also be used for the return of completed forms, LAL17, which need to go to Ron Bowker.
